Create a coordinated model that connects eligible veterans with affordable housing and established supportive-service resources designed to promote stability and independence.

We welcome conversations with veteran-service organizations, housing providers, government agencies, businesses, funders, and community leaders interested in helping advance the initiative.

The Veterans Housing Pathway Initiative is being developed to serve eligible veterans experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or barriers to obtaining safe and affordable housing in Greater Boston. Specific eligibility requirements will be established in coordination with housing, funding, and veteran-service partners.

Diamond Life is working with veteran-service organizations, housing professionals, public agencies, and community partners to develop an effective referral and housing pathway for veterans.
